Introduction of briquette machine
Hydraulic briquette machine (also known as metal chip briquetting machine) is designed and manufactured for foundry, large and medium-sized iron and steel plant, metal recycling industry, etc. Hydraulic transmission is adopted. There are two types of operation, i.e. dynamic operation type and automatic type. The structure is vertical and horizontal.
It is mainly used for cold pressing various metal scraps (high grade nodular iron scraps, alloy scraps, short steel scraps, iron scraps, copper scraps, stainless steel scraps, aluminum scraps, etc.), powder particles (iron powder, aluminum powder, copper powder, sponge iron, iron ore powder, lead powder, etc.) into high-density cylindrical cakes without adding any adhesive. The density of the cake is more than or equal to 5.5-6.2t/m3. The whole production process does not need heating, additives or other processes. It is directly cold pressed to form the cake, which ensures the original material unchanged at the same time. After being pressed, it can be used for raw materials to save cost

Operation process of briquette machine

For example, feeding method can be divided into falling method, suction method and excess method; pressing method can be divided into one-way pressing, two-way pressing and floating die pressing; demoulding method can be divided into ejection demoulding, pull demoulding and protective demoulding.
