Introduction of briquette machine
Metal briquette machine presses the metal waste under high pressure into a briquette form. Normally it is used to reduce the storage cost as well as the conversion ratio in the furnace for metal recycling. And the briquetting metal brings more economic than directly use metal chips for smelting. Take iron as an example, the chips’ value amounts tens of the briquette, so the oxidation ratio is very high and easy to be blown away by the strong wind in the furnace, total the waste ratio is nearly 30%, but if use the briquette, the waste rate is only 5%. this means the metal chips after compress to be briquette, can improve 25% user ratio.
